Before using your forum account, please read and understand the board rules and guidelines. Posting in the forums means that you agree to these guidelines and vow to obey them at all times. It also means that you are aware of the penalties that come with breaking the rules and acknowledge them as valid and reasonable.

II. FORUM NAME RULES
Avoid impersonating forum moderators and e-Games employees
Avoid using major religions/religious figures
Avoid using names that involve illegal drugs and other criminal activities
Avoid using ascii characters
Avoid indecent and vulgar words
Avoid offensive names
Avoid long names that clutter the board
III. MESSAGE POSTING
FLAMING Insults and offensive comments, especially those that aim to deceive others and incite fights, will not be tolerated. Flame threads only destroy healthy relationships and positive interaction in the community.

SPAMMING Posting pointless, unrelated, or redundant comments is called spamming and may appear in the form of bumping, double posting, and cross posting. Spamming only clutters the forums and makes discussions confusing.
Bumping ~ Posting unnecessary comments in order to keep a thread on top.
Double Posting ~ multiple or repeated posting to increase post count
Cross Posting ~ posting on multiple sections and/or threads. If you are unsure on
where to post, choose the single most appropriate section of the forum.

3rd offense ~ account ban
HARRASSMENT Relentless posting of offensive, judgmental, racist, sexist, or unfounded comments and accusations against other characters, players, e-Games employees, or groups of people is strictly prohibited. Again, we must treat this forum as a venue for fostering camaraderie among community members. There are proper sections in the forums for your complaints and reports.

IMPERSONATION Pretending or claiming to be an existing Forum Administrators, Game Masters, or e-Games staff with the intent of abusing their influence, authority, or privileges is highly condemned in the forums.

ADVERTISEMENT This includes posts or links regarding client modification, bots, private servers or other third party programs and/or posts that are non-beneficial to the community and do not bear relevance to e-Games or its published games.

LEET LANGUAGE AND ALL CAPS USE OF CAPITAL LETTERS in a post is discouraged. You can emphasize a particular word or sentence for clarification and emphasizing a point but not the whole or majority of the post.

PERSONAL INFORMATION Posting personal information without the consent of the person or people concerned will be deleted. This includes but is not limited to email address, contact number, photos and account information.

PERSONAL AFFAIRS Personal issues and problems concerning other community members or their friends/relatives must not be fought out in the forums. Also, personal transactions that are not related to the
topic must be sent through private message or other means other than forum posting. Involving others in your personal disputes will not benefit the community.

ILLEGAL TRADING Posts regarding transactions that involve PHP and e-Games account and/or in-game items will be automatically removed.

MAJOR RELIGIONS / RELIGIOUS FIGURES Posts that include clear or masked language and/or link that negatively portray major religions or religious figures will be penalized.

PORNOGRAPHIC MATERIALS Posts, threads, and/or links that promote sexual acts will be removed immediately. Keep in mind that the e-Games forum community is open for all ages.

I'm Leaving/Quitting This includes posts or threads that rants unconstructively. I'm Leaving/Quitting threads/posts are automatically removed due to unavoidable flames that might follow. You may be able to voice out your concern if we communicate in a mature manner.

PRIVATE SERVERS This includes posts or threads that promotes the use of Private Servers

SCREENSHOTS Do not edit images/screenshots that you intend to use to as evidence. Edited screenshots will be deemed invalid.
AVATARS Avatars greater than 30KB will not be accepted. Avatar images should be limited to 75x75 pixels. Confusing avatar images, especially those that imitate e-Games official signs/logos/images and moderator avatars, are not allowed.
V. MARKET RULES
Advertising the intent to trade e-Points for in-game items or gold is not allowed. Please remember that Forum Administrators will not accommodate complaints or scam reports regarding transactions that involve e-Points trade.
Agreeing to the trade means willingly violating the forum guidelines, thus waving your right to seek FA assistance.
Posting format
Item name with corresponding data and price (in gold only)
if possible, a screenshot to accompany the item to be traded
IGN of the seller, server, and, if possible, the date and time of the transaction
No Selling/Trading of accounts and/or in-game items in exchange for PHP. Posts caught will be automatically removed.
ADDITIONAL REMINDERS
Do not submit EDITED screenshots. Again, reports with invalid screenshots will be IGNORED or DELETED.
Not following the format will also cause your thread to be IGNORED.
Unnecessary posts and threads will be immediately DELETED.
Any attempt to get around the rules will be penalized.
Repeat violators of the forum guidelines will be warned first before enforcing account ban or deletion.
E-games and Forum Administrators reserve the right to ban a member, modify/delete posts and/or thread that are deemed irrelevant and/or abusive, and violates the board rules.
The materials posted and or uploaded to the forum remain the property of the original poster and e-Games Philippines as the licensed distributor of such content. The administrators of this site together with the forum moderators reserve the right to access and view all materials, edit the subject of a post, move topics, clarify and delete all materials deemed inappropriate or disruptive. There will also be periodic maintenance of the forums to minimize the clutter resulting from too many threads and useless posts.
Claiming ignorance is not an excuse for violating the forum guidelines. Rules are subject to the interpretation of the Moderators.
